Warrior- Ishmael is a warrior because all the hardship he endured. For example, when the fisherman took away his shoes and he had to walk on the hot sand, he didn't complain he just found a way to get around it.

Wide-Eyed Innocent Hero-Ishmael is a Wide-Eyed Innocent Hero because at the beginning of the book he was a sweet boy who knew nothing about the war or violence. At the end, he had the courage to become a soldier and kill the awful rebels.

Tragic Hero- Musa was a tragic hero because he died, due to being too brave.
